WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?
Please note for Standard Delivery:
For all other international deliveries there is a maximum of 10 items per order. We may change these restrictions from time to time.
The times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays.
The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch. A full postal address must be provided as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. For UK and Republic of Ireland orders, these prices are constant regardless of the size of the parcel.

USA - Orders under $200 USD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $200 and over will be subject to customs charges*, which must be paid by the customer.

CANADA - orders under $18 CAD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $18 and over will be subject to custom charges*, which must be paid by the customer.

AUSTRALIA - Orders under $1000 AUD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $1000 and over will be subject to custom charges*, which must be paid by the customer.

NEW ZEALAND - Orders under $400 NZD will not be charged any customs or import duties. Orders $400 and over will be subject to custom charges*, which must be paid by the customer.

*Unfortunately we can't tell you what the cost will be, as this varies widely. For information on current charges, contact your local customs office.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 16:00 (4:00pm). We have indicated the estimated delivery times in the table below as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

To receive your order the next day you must place your order by no later than 15:00 (3:00pm). However, please note there are some exceptions as explained below,
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday but before 15:00 on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We are very sorry but we cannot offer Next Day delivery to the following postcodes:

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY

Order before 3:00pm Friday to receive on Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is only available for UK deliveries. We are very sorry but we cannot offer Saturday delivery to the following postcodes:

WHAT DELIVERY CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS IN?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

UK & Republic of Ireland
Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Please note for the Next Day Delivery service, the following areas may take 3 ? 5 working days ? Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.
International Delivery Service
We currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and certain countries within Europe.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a sealable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
2. Cover your address label with the misssugarlondon.com address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
3. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We're sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service to our customers. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return items to the following address:

Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

1. If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message via our 'Contact Us' page, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ?My Account?), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.
2. Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in the section ?How do I return an item??
We?ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 10 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can only exchange an item for a different colour or size. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us a message via our 'Contact Us' page, advising us what you would like to exchange.
